Spring and Fall are my two favorite times of year. The weather is usually mild and beautiful. All the baby animals are showing their faces and the earth is beginning to reap its harvest.

The buzz word this time of year is “fresh”. There are great foods in season. Easter, as we have learned, is not only a Christian celebration, but it is also about celebrating the earth’s rebirth.
