Your Holiday Meal Pairings
Just in case you missed anything from my last entry, I just want to make sure that you have the links to the drink pairings for an incredible Holiday Meal.
If wine is your thing, see what Farley suggests for incredible wine pairings. She offers up several great wines for the appetizer, main course and dessert.
Chris offers up some pairings for the beer lover in your home. And, yes, beer is just as important to pair with your food, especially a menu like this. A lot of restaurants (especially at breweries) are starting to offer meals with beer pairings.
I for one have both drinkers in my family, so there will be a lot of alcohol pouring on Christmas Day, but remember drink responsibly.

woo…a BIG S-o-r-r-y….I would do well, to read bios, etc,..a little more thoroughly. Please, no complex, just me not paying attention.
