The Food Network Website has a great idea for your busy Summer, The Weekly Meal Planner.
The idea is to make an extra large Sunday Dinner and then use the leftovers to feed your family quick and simple meals for the rest of the week.
They have four weeks worth of ideas. The Sunday Dinners use turkey, chicken, pot roast and a pork tenderloin.
