The Next Food Network Star Countdown
The Countdown has begun. The premier of the next season of The Next Food Network Star begins in just 5 days, Sunday, June 3rd at 9pm EST.
The Food Network is priming this to be a tougher set of challenges, we shall see.
There are 11 contestants.
Vivien is from Brazil. She is a chef, caterer and former model. She lived in India so her food has a Indian, Latin, Tropical influence. She hopes to bring the passion and love of food of her culture to others. To her sharing food is a part of life. She will definitely be soft on the eyes, we will see if the food is palpable to the stomach.
Amy is a French trained SAHM (that is Stay-at-Home-Mom) from San Diego, CA. She looks at food as a gift and want to show people that you can make great food even without the intense training and minimal skills. She believes her food looks complicated and sophisticated, but is far from hard to make. Will see if her glamour pays off and if Food Network starts adding some more French Flare to their line-up.

We watched with many people, friends, and family!
We think you did not give this latin contestant a fair chance. Sure he lied on his application.
He was the best of them all. It’s sad we cannot see his charm, his latin cooking, and his over all Guy Fieri, talent, and cool looks.
