The SmartShopper

This past week on the Rachael Ray Show I saw a great gadget. Not really something for the kitchen, but that is where it resides.
The SmartShopper is a great way to organize your grocery list. It mounts on a wall or the refrigerator. You simply press a button and say what you need to add to the list (ie…”eggs”). When you go to print the list it organizes by department or you can print an itemized list. If you have a coupon there is a feature that tags the item so you don’t forget to use it. You can also list errands that you need to run.
It will never need a print cartridge and comes with 3 paper rolls. It also comes preprogrammed with 2000 grocery items and errands.
It runs around $150. For more information on the SmartShopper including a demonstration and participating retailers click here.

This seems like a silly product. Whatever happened to the old fashioned word processor - a pencil and paper?
