Full Bloom Tea-Not Recommended

by Tracey Thompson on May 7th, 2007

Due to the number of comments and emails that I have received in regards to  the company that supplies the tea, I can no longer in good conscience recommend them.

For what it’s worth, this company hired me to do a commercial for them, then after I delivered the work, changed their minds and went with another talent and never paid me for the work I did. Something to think about.

Hi, I ordered from this company Full Bloom Tea .com and they took the money from my bank account and never delivered the tea. I’m planning to contact California Attorney General’s office. They have a consumer protection department. If this has happened to anyone else, please follow through. This company is obviously a scam.

FullBloomTea is definitely a scam. I bought a teaseat and they never delivered it and won’t answer my emails. Am reporting them for fraud.

Sorry to hear about all this. I personally did not have any problems. I checked to see if there was any other complaints out there on the web. Nothing yet, but I will keep checking things out. I hope you get your matter resolved.

Tracey that’s so great. Looks like you’re one of the few lucky ones.
Erin, I put a stop with my bank(no charge to me) and it prevents this fraudulent company from accessing my money again. Also the bank is making their bank prove they sent the product, which they didn’t. It might take 100 days to get my money back, but now that the bank is involved I feel less impotent about it.
P.s. still have never heard back from the company.
    Best of luck.

I also ordered Dec 7/08. Money was taken off my CC immmediately, but no product ever arrived. All emails, phone calls, faxes etc. have not been answered. I even told them in the message that I would be calling for a chrageback, and going after Yahoo Stores, and still nothing. Such a scam. Shame too because I really liked the look of the product.

You should also know, that the tea ‘blooms’ are sewn together by child labor. Anytime you order from a company with workers outside the US, you run the risk of supporting child labor.

I ordered from them almost 2 months ago, and I STILL have not received my order. My cc was charged right away, of course, and after the first e-mail I sent to them because I ordered a tea card to be sent to someone else and was not given a space to enter their address (when the guy claimed they e-mailed me already and that I must have done something wrong like deleted it), i have not heard from them. I have emailed them like 6 times now, and I called their offices twice. No answer, nothing. Very bad business, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Today May 4, 2008 I recieced my money back from my bank on the Full Bloom Tea incident.
I disputed it in January and it took until now but I won. My bank took back the money and gave it to me. Finally, justice!
Good luck to you all. I hope you get satisfaction too.

So, glad to hear that Swooz. I hope that everyone will have the same outcome.
