Colin Cowie’s Easter Brunch
If you are looking to do the ultimate in entertaining this Easter weekend, Colin Cowie has some suggestions to have an incredible Easter brunch with friends and family at Epicurious.
His recipes include Poached Egg Brioche, Farfalle with Tomatoes and Feta and Vanilla Mousse Meringues. The cocktails range from champagne cocktails to punch.
The decor is beautiful but a little intimidating for my skills and timetable. But Cowie has some great ideas, of course, and they can help you come up with some ideas of your own. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have quail eggs easily at my disposal.
