Rachael Ray’s 10 Ingredient Challenge

So, do you think that you have the right stuff? Rachael Ray has the challenge for you, The Rachael Ray 10 Ingredient Challenge.
The Rachael Ray 1o Ingredient Challenge is simple. They give you 10 ingredients and you come up with fresh new recipes. The recipes have to be original and take no more than 60 minutes to make. You can makes several dishes with the ingredients, breakfast, lunch, dinner, entree or appetizer and they are letting you use a few items from your pantry.
The ten ingredients are: beef-any type or cut you choose, rosemary, puff pastry, dried apricots, mint, ricotta cheese, mushrooms, blueberries, bacon, and green beans. For the list of pantry items they are allowing and more information regarding the guidelines click here.
So what do you think? Puff pastry with dried apricots and mushrooms?? No? Hmmm….the challenge has begun. Do you have what it takes? Roll up your sleeves, pull out the chef’s knife, turn on the camcorder and prep the family for a little taste-bud experimentation.
