Paula Deen Ranks #1 with Barnes and Noble

Paula Deen has been increasing her food empire each year.  She has restaurants, cookbooks, food shows, she is spokeswoman with products at Smithfield Foods and recently launched a magazine, Cooking With Paula Deen.

According to the world’s largest bookseller, Barnes and Noble, their category sales show that , Cooking with Paula Deen is ranked as the #1 food magazine sold at their stores.  Her Christmas installment was ranked #3.

“We knew the magazine would be a hit,” said Phyllis Hoffman, CEO of Hoffman Media, “because she is adored by people of all ages. These sales are phenomenal for a magazine this young, and the fact that the holiday issue was ranked number three was icing on the cake!”

Paula Deen is a true success story.  Ambitious, smart, fun and who can resist her food.  I know that I love her magazine and if you are a Paula Deen fan and have not taken a look at her Cooking With Paula Deen Magazine, head over to Barnes and Noble, among many other booksellers and supermarkets, and buy an issue.  You can also click here to subscribe.  You will be happy that you did.

Someone should build a food empire of restaurants, cookbooks and food shows based on wheat-free cooking. That would impress me!
