Celebrate Spring on Your Dinner Table

Spring has officially arrived and if you want to decorate your dinner table with all the beauty of the season go to Epicurious for ideas.

They give three different ideas.  One is rather formal, the second is more casual with Bamboo as the focus, and the third is cute and casual with pink tulips and bunnies (pictured above).

Pink tulips stand out in this Easter-inspired setting. Sheer volume will wow your guests and infuse your brunch with a heady floral fragrance. They spill out of a large, round vase that echoes the table’s shape. We chose our color palette to match table and chairs, but any spring color could work. Play with paint swatches if you’re unsure which colors you like together.

Epicurious offers a full source list, but if you are like me and can’t really afford to have a place setting for every season of the year, use these ideas as a launching point.  It is amazing what a few ideas and probably a couple of trips to the dollar store and maybe a restaurant supply store can get you.
