Erin McKenna is a baker from NYC who owns and operates Babycakes of NYC. She has been on Martha Stewart several times. You can purchase items at her bakery in NYC or just go on-line and place an order for home delivery. She has cookies, brownies, muffins, cupcakes, scones and more.

I’m not vegan, but I eat only gluten-free when it comes to my desserts. I tend to bake all my own recipes, but it’s good to know that others make them available to the public already baked :)
