Gluten Free Brownie Recipe

If you would like to try your hand at a gluten free recipe here is one from Erin McKenna of Babycakes NYC. She has been on Martha Stewart a few times.
You can make 5 dozen brownies that are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, casein and eggs.
Some of the ingredients (like garbanzo and fava bean flour) will probably not be available at your local grocery store. There are several on-line health food retailers like Whole Foods Market and Wild Oats Natural Marketplace. I had a hard time finding all the special ingredients in one place. The flour can be purchased on-line from Bob’s Red Mill. Probably your best bet is to google the obscure ingredients or if there is a natural food store in your area, go by and talk to them. If they don’t have the product, they should know the best place to find them.
