Goodness! Please, please not so much of Rachel Ray. Every time she comes on and it seems all the time, I have to take a tranquilizer if I stay with the show (which I don’t) Can’t she calm down!!!! She cannot talk without her hands and there is so much of her everywhere that it is actually making some people physically ill.
PLEASE give Rachel a tranquilizer and she might calm down. What’s with :delish,evoo and all those other abbreviations she uses. SHE IS SO IRRITATING!

She does often remind me of a gerbil…in a cute, hyper way…it is probably all the Dunkin Donuts coffee…
