Emeril Lagasse Grills

May and June is filled with grilling recipes on the Food Network.  Emeril Lagasse BBQ’s using island style grilling on Emeril Live. This past weekend we had another party at the house, a surprise party for the parents 50th Anniversary.  Yes, relationships can actually last that long.  One tasty item was a Grilled Sweet Potato Salad.  It has mangoes, sweet onions, red bell pepper, sweet potatoes (of course) and seasonings.  You wrap it in foil and place it on the grill.  It is VERY, VERY, tasty.  If you are unable to grill, you can put it in a pan, cover it with foil and cook it in the oven.  Let’s just say it was a huge hit.  Try it out this grilling summer.
