Top Chef Blogs

I do not know if you have had the opportunity to check-out Bravo’s Top Chef site.  If you have the chance read Gail Simmons’ and Tom Colicchio’s Blogs.  I think the most interesting post is the final blog.  They both speak about the experience and what went into their decision making.  I especially enjoyed Tom’s because he discusses how it was to watch the show after their job was done, and admits that seeing it from the viewers perspective put a whole new take on the show and that it is understandable how we often were taken aback by how things ended up.  You can go here to take a look at the Top Chef Finale Blogs.
